The Technical Assistance Management Facility for Economic Governance Phase III (TAMF) is an AusAID funded project designed to assist Indonesia carry out key economic and financial reforms during the period 2004-2009. The Indonesian counterpart agency for the Facility is the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs (CMEA).
TAMF III undertakes various activities within its three "core policy areas";
· assisting the Government of Indonesia (GoI) in achieving fiscal sustainability;
· helping protect the GoI's financial position; and
· helping improve the strength and integrity of the Indonesian financial system.
Assistance is provided through a combination of delivery mechanisms, including but not limited to individual advisory services, specialized training programs, studies, surveys, public communication programs, workshops, and study tours.
Activity Support Officer Post Date: 21 Feb 09
Due to the forthcoming departure of the incumbent officer, TAMF requires an Activity Support Officer for an initial four month period. The Activity Support Officer's main duties entail providing administrative and logistical support to consultants (expatriate and local) for the implementation of TAMF funded activities. He / she will also be responsible for administering the day-to-day running of a small TAMF office in a TAMF partner Government Agency. Key duties include:
* Administering financial operations, including budget preparation and records keeping;
* Establishing and maintaining a checklist system to ensure compliance with the TAMF Activity Management Cycle;
* assisting with the implementation of various activity-related tasks, including visa application, travel and accommodation arrangements, car hire, scheduling appointments, documents sending, photocopying, organizing meetings, workshops and conferences, as well as translation and interpreting assignments;
* Establishing and maintaining an efficient filing system, both physically and electronically;
* Assisting with the management of the computerized Activity Information System;
* Assisting with data searching and information compilation for purposes of activity proposal, design and/or implementation; and
* Undertaking other tasks as requested by TAMF staff and or consultants.
Selection Criteria
* A university graduate and or qualifications in secretarial and or administrative support
* Over 5 years experience providing secretarial and administrative support
* Experience organizing events such as seminars, workshops and conferences
* Good computer skills and the ability to use different software and hardware
* A good command of written and spoken english
* Good inter-personal skills

Responsibilities:
Reporting to Finance and Accounting Manager, the Successful Candidate will be stationed in Jakarta manage the Accounting function and covering maintenance of the chart of accounts , running of all aspect of Accounting activities such as recording, monthly and annual closings, cost accounting, financial and special reports, taxation, expenses control, report analysis, etc. He/She will also be responsible in the preparation and updating of financial forecast.
He/She will also coordinate with Site Accounting Manager to ensure meeting of deadlines, adherence to Company's accounting policies and procedures and preparation and submission of data for special reports and analysis.
The successful candidate will have as his/her primary responsibility focused on the timely preparation and submission of periodic management reports and forecast.
He/She should demonstrate competencies to manage accounting functions of the Company and effective in communication with operating personnel to get the ideas a cross.
To liaise with the Government officials such as tax bureau, lawyer, auditor, etc. to ensure compliance of regulations as well as to liaise with bank and prepare data and analysis needed.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor /Master Degree from a reputable university in Accounting
*
Early thirty to mid thirty, preferably male
*
Having at least 5 (five) years experiences in handling accounting responsibilities in the manufacturing industry with 1 (one) year experience at a similar level, experiences in coal mining industry will be an advantage.
*
Experience in dealing with AccPac or any accounting software package.
*
Superior communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
*
Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in team

Being the primary pre-sales Solution Consultant (at the architecture level) for the company's BSS they should gain a comprehensive understanding of the solution and be able to work with company's solution managers, technical architects and solution consultants to create customer proposals.
§ Work with the CSI Service Product Managers and the Global BSS Products team to develop the company's BSS portfolio into the leading BSS turn-key solution, both in terms of service innovation and of providing a practical solution for customers.
§ The applicant should have existing real-world knowledge of and experience in the design and implementation of service delivery solutions, bridging both the traditional "networks (telco)" and "IT" worlds.
§ They should have a deep understanding of both the business drivers for mobile and fixed (and preferably convergent) value added services and of the aims and shortcomings of the current generation of service delivery solutions.
§ The applicant should be a "self-starter" with a proven record of execution against plans.
Requirements:
§ Must have very wide experience and knowledgeable across the telco industry and is recognized as the subject matter expert in the BSS domain.
§ Responsible for solutions across any area of the business and create innovative, industry leading solutions using the best products and multi-model solutions".
§ Sound understanding of telco technical drivers and technology
