following position based at Jakarta (Indonesia):
(Senior) Accountant / Tax Executive – Jakarta Post Date: 07 May 09
Position 1 - Senior Accountant / Accountant
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for supervising the accounting staff to perform the
daily and monthly finance and accounting functions and operations;
- Responsible for the preparation of the consollidated management
report for ALL Nomad service offies accounts in Indonesia, Jakarta;
- Reviewing and managing the finance and accounting policies,
procedures and system and following Group policies;
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and improving the internal
controls system and managing corporate governance compilance;
- Liaising with auditors, tax agents, banks and other statutory
bodies/authorities on external audit matters, and all statutory and
tax requirement compliances;
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and cash flows;
- To work on Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance or Professional Accountant
Qualification (ACCA);
- A member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants;
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience and at least 3 years in
the similar position;
- A proactive, dynamic leader and team player woth good analytical,
problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Meticulous, results-oriented, able to work independently, and
committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives;
- Hands on experience in Accounting Software and experience in payroll
will be an advantage;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
Position 2: Tax Executives
Job Description
- Fully responsible for tax compliance
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling corporate tax;
- Good knowledge in tax regulation, preferable with hands-on
experience in using e-SPT;
- Good team player, meticulous, results-oriented, able to work
independently, and committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
