Kendall Court Capital Partners ("Kendall Court") is a Singapore
headquartered fund management group. Kendall Court currently manages
its inaugural fund focusing on mezzanine financing and is raising its
second fund. It provides long term capital for companies or project
sponsors undertaking expansionary or buyout plans. Kendall Court is
present in 3 locations in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta and
targets direct investment opportunities in the Southeast Asia region.

Accounting & Fund Administration Assistant Manager Post Date: 16 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for maintaining capital accounts of investors, i.e.
keeping track of each investor's capital invested in the Fund
* Handling all matters relating to investor relations
* Provide calculation for net asset value of the Fund
* Responsible for all accounting and finance operations of all
Kendall Court entities
* Liaising with domestic and foreign auditors for the audit
process of all Kendall Court entities

Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) with high GPA – at least top 10% of class
* Minimum 4 years working experience in accounting related profession
* Strong knowledge of accounting audit procedures
* Accounting proficiency is a must. Knowledge of IFRS is advantageous
* Strong knowledge of the various valuation methods of investments
/ securities is advantageous
* Good ability in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
* Ability to use proper english when communicating formal matters
both verbally and in writing

Ideal candidate profile: worked at the Big 4 firms (PWC, KPMG, E&Y,
Deloitte) in audit
