Qualification:

 

    *
      Male/Female
    *
      Organizing, lead sales teams, supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance,
    *
      Setting budgets/targets,
    *
      Allocating areas to sales executives,
    *
      Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets,
    *
      Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services,
    *
      Having good relationship with modern/traditional outlet and willing to build and maintain relation with distributors

 

General Requirement :

 

    *
      Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
    *
      Below 30 years old is preferable.
    *
      Computer literate (Ms. Office)
    *
      Excellent in presentation skills and negotiation
    *
      Fluent in English, both oral and written
    *
      Independent, self starter, Communicative and having a good interpersonal skill.
    *
      Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is a must
    *
      Willing to be place in Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat and Balikpapan
