THE POSITION

Based in Pandaan (East Java), the incumbent is expected to provide a
leadership role as a business partner and human resources functions
supporting the plant operation. The incumbent must possess good
records and capabilities to implement HR operation excellent, policies
and strategies.

QUALIFICATION

* At least 3 years experiences as HR Manager
* Strong communication & people skill to all level in the organization
