System Support Staff
Responsibilities:
- Installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local & wide area network (LAN, WAN) hardware and infrastructure
- Explore, implement, and test tools to improve network communication, security, and performance
- Maintains Server (Web Server, mail server, database server, DHCP server, DNS Server)
- Maintain hardware related fixed assets
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information Technology.
- Possess deep knowledge in TCP/IP, Network and Operating System (Linux and Windows based)
- Understanding Mail Server System, Gateway, DNS, DHCP, Samba, WebServer
- Knowledge of Cisco Router and VOIP
- Experience as System Support Engineer at least 1 year.
